Miss Teen Avi

Eligibility & Acceptance

Contestants shall not be less than 13 years of age nor more than 19 years of age on the date of the competition. Miss Teen Avi finalists must be aged 13 - 19 years on February 21, 2016.
Contestants must be able to be present at the mandatory dates listed below.

 

Returning Contestants

Former winners of the title Miss Teen Avi are not eligible to compete again for the same title of Miss Teen Avi. Former entrants, semi-finalists and finalists are eligible to compete again for the title of Miss Teen Avi.

 

Official Language

English is the official language of the Miss Teen Avi contest. It is a requirement for contestants to speak English.

 

Gender

Entrant must be a female.

 

Code of Conduct

Contestant shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring into disrepute the Miss Teen Avi or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the competition, its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that she has not appeared in, or posed for, any nude or provocative photographs prior to, during the preliminary or contest finals, or during her reign should she become a semi finalist, grand finalist or Miss Teen Avi titleholder.

Contestant will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Miss Teen Avi contest and while representing the Miss Teen Avi title.

Contestant will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Miss Teen Avi staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Miss Teen Avi contest. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Miss Teen Avi will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

Any Contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified.

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges.

 

Miss Teen Avi Entrants agrees:

a) If selected as a Miss Teen Avi winner, contestant agrees make a minimum of 15 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the director of Miss Teen Avi beauty pageant. Appearances may include but are not limited to magazine interviews and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide Miss Teen Avi with photos of appearances for the Miss Teen Avi website and promotion.

b) If selected as a winner of Miss Teen Avi, contestant will not enter or compete in any other beauty pageant during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title and this title only during their year’s reign. Permission for Miss Teen Avi titleholders to participate in other beauty pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

c) To look solely to the Miss Teen Avi with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary contests and finals.

d) That prizes given by Miss Teen Avi are not the responsibility of the Miss Teen Avi director & employees and Miss Teen Avi cannot be held liable for any sponsor not fulfilling their prizes to winners.

e) The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of semi-finalists, grand finalists or winners.

 

Deadlines & Mandatory dates

All deadlines for photographs, and contestant information are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by entrant.

 

Miss Teen entrants must be able to participate at one of the official auditions listed below:

February 21, 2016 - 1 PM SLT: First Audition

February 28, 2016 - 1 PM SLT: Second Audition
 

Miss Teen official candidates must be presents at the following dates and time:

March 6, 2016     - 1 PM SLT

March 13, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

March 20, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

March 26, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

April     3, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

April   10, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

April   17, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

April   24, 2016   - 1 PM SLT

 

Publicity and Promotion

By virtue of participation in the Miss Teen Avi beauty pageant, contestant agrees to allow the organizers of Miss Teen Avi the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Contestant understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising and press. Contestant agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.

 

Agreement

Miss Teen Avi entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Miss Teen Avi beauty pageant into disrepute, a decision will be made at the Miss Teen Avi director’s discretion. The director has the right to terminate the entrant/contestant/winner contract immediately, reclaim the entrant’s sash, crown and prizes.  The director has the right to authorize the deletion of all photos containing Miss Teen Avi sash & crown from all media, including but not limited to, internet, print, facebook,associated to the entrant/contestant/winner.

 

By submitting the entry form and fee(s) for/to Miss Teen Avi, the entrant/contestant/winner agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Miss Avi Beauty Pageant Organization on www.missteenavi.wix.com

Participation in the Miss Teen Avi also indicates acceptance and agreement to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Miss Avi Beauty Pageant Organization.  Contestant attests that all information submitted to the organizers of Miss Teen Avi is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Miss Teen Avi may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won.
